Automatic Call Return (*69)

This gives the customer the telephone number, date, and time of the last incoming call as well as the option to dial the caller back. In some areas the service will automatically return the last call for the customer.

Auto Attendant (Call Router)

This feature allows your calls to be routed depending on a prepared list of choices available to each caller commonly referred to as a 'phone tree'.

Call Block (*60)

Stops incoming calls you don't want. You create a list of up to 12 telephone numbers and this feature blocks incoming calls from those numbers. A recorded message tells the caller you are not presently accepting calls.

Call Block Anonymous

Lets you reject calls from callers who hae blocked the display of their telephone nyumbers from Caller ID devices. Callers must unblock their numbers in order to reach you.

Call Block-Complete

Prevents your name and number from displaying on Caller ID display devices for outgoing calls on each call. If the person you are calling has a Caller ID display unit they will see the message "private" or "anonymous" display upon it.

Call Block-Selective

Prevents your name and number from displaying on Caller ID devices for outgoing calls on a per-call basis. If the person you are calling has Caller ID then they will see the message "private" or "anonymous" display upon it.

Call Forward Variable

Sends your incoming calls wherever you want them to go when you receive a call. You can activate, deactivate, or change your forwarding number anytime from the line that this is placed on.

Call Forward Busy Fixed

Permanently forwards calls to a telephone number you designate whenever your line is busy.

Call Forward Busy Line/Don't Answer

Sends your incoming calls wherever you want them to go when the called number is busy or you are unable to pick up the phone. You can activate, deactivate, or change your forwarding number anytime from the line this is placed upon.

Call Forward No Answer Fixed

Permanently forwards calls to a telephone number you designate whenever your line is busy or unanswered.

Call Forward Select

Pre-select a list of telephone numbers that you want to forward to a designated telephone number, such as your cellphone or business/home telephone numbers.

Call Trace

This is a feature that allows a customer to combat annoying, threatening, and harrassing calls. It will record the customers number and the callers' number at the telephone company and is only available to law enforcement agencies.

Call Wait

Lets you know, with a special tone, that someone else is calling you while you are on another line. Press your receiver or flash button to switch between callers.

Call Wait/Cancel Call Wait

When you're on an important call that you do not want interrupted you can temporarily disable your Call Wait feature.

Call Wait ID

Alerts you as to whom is calling you by showing the name and/or number of an incoming caller when you are already on the phone. Must also subscribe to Call Wait and Caller ID to have this service.

Caller ID

Shows the name and number of a caller as they call you, before you pick up the phone. It will store names and numbers even if the caller hangs up or doesn't leave a message.

This software allows you to manage your phone and the features on your phone from your computer. It allows a customer to dial one number and have it ring at multiple locations nearly simultaneously.

CommPortal Assistant Toolbar

CommPortal Assistant Toolbar is a toolbar that allows you to easily access your CommPortal software while keeping your computers' monitor free of visual 'clutter' by adding icons on your start bar.

Distinctive Ring

This gives you two unique telephone numbers on the same phone line, each with its' own signature ring tone. This is useful in not only distinguishing between callers but it can also identify who a caller is attempting to reach before you ever have to pick up the phone.

Do Not Disturb

This feature allows you to keep your phone from receiving incoming calls whenever you activate it.

Incoming Call Manager

This is a feature that allows a customer to decide how they want their features to be applied to calls based on a series of rules that they set up.

Priority Call

This feature allows you to select a call and assign it a higher level of priority so that it will receive precedence over calls which do not have higher priority.

Remote Call Forward

Allows all calls dialed to a telephone number to be automatically forwarded to another dialable telephone number.

Special Call Acceptance

This feature allows a customer to select certain telephone numbers to be able to ring through to a particular line and block all others.

Special Call Wait

Allows a customer to choose up to 12 telephone numbers which can activate call wait. Calls placed from numbers not selected by the customer will receive busy signals when the customers line is in Special Call use. Customers may not subscribe to both Call Wait and Special Call Wait simultaneously.

Speed Call 8

Allows you easy access to eight specified telephone numbers, local and/or long distance, that you can dial using one digit instead of seven or ten.

Speed Call 30

Allows you easy access to 30 specified telephone numbers, local and/or long distance, that you can dial using two digits instead of seven or ten.

Three Way Calling

This allows for a phone conversation between the customer and two other parties.
